An investment firm specialized in retail & tech that aims to boost companies that will define and transform the retail of the future.
We aim to define the new retail and lead its transformation by uniting the agents of the international retail ecosystem around a platform that boosts and invests in companies that rely on technology as a lever for innovation, progress and exponential growth.
We have a portfolio of 7 startups with interesting growths and we are constantly searching for investors.
This is a key position in the company's strategic plan. As Investor relations, you will be in charge of continuing to build the Kapita brand as well as leading the acquisition of investors both online and offline.
You will manage the marketing and sales teams, lead the area and coordinate actions with the different departments.
• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
• Lead the Growth and investor relations team, work with the partners to end fundraising.
• Leading the communication and investor attraction area.
• Definition of the investor lead generation strategy and campaigns, both online and offline.
• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Manage equity research and investor relationships.
• Provide insights on market activity and present them to the partners.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations or business development, preferably in a PE, Family Office, Investment banking or startup.
• Proven experience in project management and marketing campaign management.
• Initiative, great work capacity, organization, and results orientation.
• Advanced level of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and new digital business models.
• Experience working directly with high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of the Spanish entrepreneurship and venture capital investment ecosystem.
• Involvement at a professional or user level with the capital risk environment.
• Experience working in retail or for big retail companies.
